Fuller's pub on [[Locale Putney|Putney]] High Street. It's neither a scruffy old boozer nor a tarted-up gastropub, but somewhere in between. A couple of nice leather sofas are placed by the windows right at the front, and are well-lit during the daytime, but there's much less natural light further back. There's also a little snug-type area up a few steps at the back.

[[Kake]] visited on a Friday afternoon in October 2008, arriving just after 2pm. Although I had no trouble finding a table, there were a fair few people in; a mix of women and men. Piped music was playing, though fairly quietly.
Food is served noon-4pm and 5pm-10pm Monday to Saturday, and noon-4pm and 6pm-9pm Sunday.

Although they have five handpumps, four of them had Pride clips. The other had Fuller's Red Fox (£1.60/half). They also had Honeydew and Peroni on tap.

Food menus were out on the tables - the menu may be different in the evenings, not sure. On the menu I saw, sandwiches were between £5.75 (avocado, roasted peppers, and feta) and £8 ("Whistle club" - chicken, bacon, fried egg, tomato, salad), starters between £5 (smoked mackerel and potato salad, or stilton and broccoli quiche) and £6 (crab, prawn, and chilli fishcake with mango salsa), and mains between £7.25 (full English breakfast) and £13 (rump steak with dauphinoise potatoes, green veg, and peppercorn sauce).

According to the Fuller's website as of April 2008, food is served noon-4pm and 5pm-10pm Monday to Saturday, and noon-4pm and 6pm-9pm Sunday.
Comment added by Kake: Five handpumps, but four of them had Pride clips. The other had Fuller's Red Fox (£1.60/half). They also had Honeydew and Peroni on tap. Very shallow ridge at the entrance but basically step-free to get it. There was a mobility scooter parked just inside the door, so it seems disabled-friendly in general. Couple of nice leather sofas by the windows right at the front, but much less natural light further back. There's a little snug-type area up a few steps at the back - when I was last here several years ago it was decorated with fake books.

Accessibility: There's a very shallow ridge at the entrance, but it's basically step-free to get in; there's also step-free access to the bar and most of the seating area. Step-free access through to the toilets too - but beware if going through the little passage behind the bar as the floor is uneven. On an October 2008 visit, there was a mobility scooter parked just inside the door, so it seems disabled-friendly in general.

Starters are between 5 (smoked mackerel and potato salad, or stilton and broccoli quiche) and 6 (crab, prawn, and chilli fishcake with mango salsa). Mains are between 7.25 (full English breakfast) and 13 (rump steak with dauphinoise potatoes, green veg, and peppercorn sauce).
