Although some branches were [http://www.decanter.com/news/wine-news/523840/oddbins-37-shops-sold acquired] by EFB Ltd, who run a chain of off licences under the name of Whittalls Wines, this branch was not one of them. It is now a branch of [http://www.amathusdrinks.com/wardourstreet Amathus], another drinks company which operates off licences. The Soho branch of the high street wine merchants, who also provide a respectable range of beers and spirits.
A smaller range, but were more reliable for Pol Roger champagne than the Fitzrovia branch when I most recently visited.
