Zone 4 Tube station on the Hainault Loop of the Central Line.

Woodford is the point at which most trains running around the bulk of the Loop will terminate and reverse; these are the trains that you'll hear being advertised as "Woodford via Hainault". If travelling to Woodford from Central London, you should get a train advertised "to Epping", as this will go there directly rather than traversing the entire Loop.
