It bills itself as "Whole Foods and Organic Bakers", though the shelves which line the walls offer all the usual products (not just foods) you might find in an organic shop.
There is a small area of hot foods cooked on the premises, as well as a good selection bakery products (bread, sandwiches, samosas, etc) for either eating in or takeaway. Tables are provided for those eating in, and these can be expected to be filled with local parents during the day. There is in addition a garden area out the back, which would be pleasant in summer.
Service is very friendly, which is especially welcome as new visitors may need the system explained (you get a plate from the counter and can fill it up with food, for which you are then charged). There are no menus or prices on show, but the food is tasty and none too expensive.
