Elegantly decorated restaurant on Portobello Road serving high quality food based on organic, English ingredients.
The dishes come from a range of European cuisines (French, Italian, Spanish, English) and the cooking is imaginative and of a very high standard, using fresh organic ingredients. However, the prices are not low; main courses range from £11 to £18, although the pizzas are cheaper (£8.50 to £11). If you're offered bread to go with the meal, be aware that it costs £4.50 and is not complimentary; it's also delicious.
itsbruce took two fussy Americans to this restaurant and they both loved the food. Well worth a visit if you don't mind the price.
