The Blackheath branch of Spirited Wines, a reputable wine and spirit merchant. Previously a branch of Nicolas photo, but acquired by Spirited Wines along with the rest of Nicolas' UK operations in early 2012.
It's quite small inside, with shelves of wine lining the walls and a small counter in the middle. Three steps at the back lead up to a few more shelves.
On Kake's September 2014 visit, the staff member was happy to help choose a wine given a few specifications (and he chose one at the lower end of my budget, too).
Accessibility: A tiny step to get in (more of a ridge). Three more steps to some of the shelves at the back.
