Good Beer Guide pub in Bethnal Green. Has very good Adnams on. Also has wasabi peas for snack food. Food is available between 12:30pm and 9pm; a range of about ten interesting looking pies all served with mash.
Free wireless when not busy (I assume this means they might ask you to put your laptop away at busy times).
