The interior is all pine tables and cream covered chairs. There are a couple of sofas and a fireplace. Has a full range of very well kept adnams beers on. For around £3. The food was very good. The homemade houmous was very garlicy. Dave enjoyed his grilled kidneys with black pudding and bacon. The fillet steak at about £16 was cooked properly. Although there mayhave been a bit to much connective tissue for my liking. The peppercorn sauce was very good. The bread and butter pudding was very good as well. the custard was top notch too. <div class="last_verified"> Last visited by [[bob]] and Dave on August 24 2007</div> |

Good Beer Guide pub near Tower Bridge. Serves decent Adnams. Stocks wasabi crackers and offers rather gastropubby food. Bookable room or two.
