Young's pub in Chislehurst.

Kake and bob visited on a Sunday Bank Holiday evening in August 2009. Real ales available were Young's Bitter (£3.10/pint) and Bombardier.

Kake didn't really feel that the atmosphere here was the civilised one promised by the Bickley website, but perhaps we didn't see this place at its best due to the Bank Holiday. It might be more pleasant at other times.

Accessibility: Step-free to get in (though there are a couple of ridges in the floor), and step-free to the ground-floor ladies'. There's usually a gents' on the ground floor too, but it was closed during our visit, necessitating a trip to the basement.
