The comments below refer to the pre-refurb version.
Inside, very little has changed over the years. Counters run down either side of the room, offering meats, cheeses and pastas amongst other things, and every spare inch of space is piled high with foods, in cans and jars, as well as fresh produce. Fresh bread takes its place in the window, running from baguettes and crusty loaves to foccaccia and ciabatta. Shelves behind the counters hold more produce.
Service is friendly and the place is family-run. Definitely one of the better food shops in this area.
