Oriental supermarket at the north end of Queensway in Bayswater.
It's not huge, but it has a decent range; in August 2008 Kake was able to find everything she was looking for (shirataki noodles, fried tofu, furikake).
According to a poster in the window (August 2008) they have live crabs and lobsters for sale.
NB I think this is the place that Leon recommended to me ages ago - in which case apparently the downstairs, which I didn't check out, is well worth a look. --Kake
