Small branch of the House of Fraser department store opposite Monument tube station.
It's only four storeys, and has no lifts that secretlondon could find. Make-up is on the ground floor, and lingerie (including large sizes and measuring) is on the third.
I'm not sure if there is a food hall, but if there is it must be in the basement.
