As of November 2007 this pub is boarded up, though professionally so which holds out some hope that it wil reopen as a pub.
A smallish locals pub in the old style with a public bar with lino floor, pool table, darts etc and a saloon bar with plush seats. Very friendly when visited in the past. One great thing it has going for it is that it is nearly halfway up the rather steep Picardy Road if one is walking from, say, Belvedere Station to Upper Belvedere.
