Hackney Downs is the first split on the Lea Valley Line after leaving Liverpool Street. One branch heads to [[Clapton Station|Clapton]] where it splits further for either [[Chingford Station|Chingford]], or [[Enfield Lock Station|Enfield Lock]] and thence [http://cambridge.openguides.org Cambridge] as the West Anglia Main Line.
