Small, friendly pub tucked away in the backstreets of Fitzrovia. Serves Greene King IPA, Speckled Hen, the odd guest ale. A few outside tables under an awning, usually occupied by smokers. Gets extremely busy with office workers on weekday evenings, lunchtimes are generally quieter.

Recently refurbished, the upstairs room has a reasonable amount of seating and large windows to let in the daylight (downstairs remains quite murky). The staircase is very narrow though - not enough room for two people to walk past each other carrying pints, for instance.
