The menu changes daily, but the counter usually features 4 large salad bowls (from which you can choose a combination), a quiche of the day and two hot specials (one veggie, one carnivorous). There is a small selection of pre-made sandwiches, plus a few platters of cakes/brownies. Kat's verdict: a solid if above-average-price lunch option, very popular with my colleagues. The staff are very friendly and happy to point out if anything contains e.g. gluten, dairy, evil cauliflower. I'm not sure I'd want to dine in though, as the minimal concrete decor doesn't feel massively cosy.
Accessibility: the Cargo Works building has two sets of heavy doors, each with a power-assist button. There are 6 large steps from the door up to the counter/seating area, with a platform lift to one side for wheelchair users. The main area is flat throughout and spacious enough to manoeuvre a wheelchair or a pushchair. Toilets not checked.
