Chinese restaurant in Paddington offering good quality dim sum. They even have soup dumplings! Gastronomy Domine says they offer a 10-piece dim sum taster platter for under £10. thelondonpaper suggests that dim sum is available in the evening as well as at lunchtime.
It may possibly be a little hard to find; the Hardens review says the best way is to start at the Heathrow platform of Paddington Station, and follow the signs for Marks & Spencer.
