This isn't really a Firkin pub any more, but a perfectly pleasant drinking spot for the area, with lots of space, and a large beer garden out back.

It attracts a fairly mixed crowd, with plenty of students (presumably from Goldsmiths College) and regulars as well. Does a quiz night on Wednesday, live bands on Tuesday, and other assorted events.

Its main selling point is that it's a lot cheaper than central London for drinking. Spirits are particularly competitively priced, but stay away from the house wine (though they have slightly better options available). After having had a row of ale pumps for many years without any ale, in 2007 they added Broadside and Bombardier. The range of lagers is standard, nothing special.
