South American themed cafe serving empanadas, chorizo-filled ciabattas, salads and smoothies. It's not immediately visible from the street, being hidden away behind a set of concrete steps to the block of flats above.

Inside it's brightly decorated, with the serving counter taking up most of the space. There's seating for around 10 people, with some tables and chairs on the pavement outside, though most customers usually seem to opt for takeaway.

Kat is a lunchtime regular, usually going for the Big Box meal (£6). This includes a choice of two empanadas, and hearty portions of black beans, rice, red cabbage, salad and salsa. Guacamole costs extra. The empanada fillings sometimes have seasonal specials (the vegetarian Christmas stuffing empanada was a notable highlight) but there are always vegetarian and vegan options.
