Gastropub in Chiswick.
Bob visited on a Wednesday lunchtime in March 2008, during their "British Beer and Food Fortnight". Gloucester Old Spot pork belly with mustard mash, savoy cabbage, apple sauce, and crackling (£12.50) was good photo. The mash was of the smooth variety, and flavoured with wholegrain mustard. The apple sauce was fairly thick, more like apple butter. Organic sourdough bread (£1.50) was a bit dry. They also offer a £5 lunch menu including things like broccoli soup with bread and butter, and roast beef and mustard sandwich with chips.
Beers on offer were Adnams Bitter (£2.95), Wells Bombardier (£2.80), Eagle IPA (£2.80) and two others directly from the cask (Directors and something else - these two may only have been there because of the beer and food fortnight though). A pint of lemonade and lime was somewhere around £2.
