Nice little pub on the river up in Tottenham Hale. It changed hands from Mitchells & Butlers to the Stonegate Pub Company in October 2010.
Nice little pub on the river up in Tottenham Hale. They have a couple of benches out the front next to the fairly busy Ferry Lane, but the bulk of the outside seating is round the back in a rather nice beer garden full of trees and broken up with fences.

It's fairly traditional inside, with seating spread over a number of areas. They also have plenty of outside seating round the back in a rather nice beer garden full of trees and broken up with fences.
Food is served all day until 10pm Mon-Sat and until 9:30pm Sun. Starters cost between £3 for soup of the day and £5.50 for salmon and broccoli fishcakes. Mains cost between £6.50 for sundried tomato and pesto linguini, and £13.50 for fillet steak with chargrilled potatoes and steamed veg.

On Kake's August 2013 visit, the real ales were Cottage Brewing Goldrush and Greene King IPA; they also had Cobra, Kozel, and other lagers, plus Magners cider. A pint of lime and soda was £1.20.
Vegetarians are very poorly served, with only one potential starter (breaded mushrooms, £4) and one potential main (the abovementioned linguini). I did spot a blackboard inside offering a veggie special though; I think lasagne though I might be misremembering. It's also possible that the soup of the day might sometimes be vegetarian. In general though, you probably don't want to rely on eating here if you don't eat meat and fish.

As of August 2013, food is served noon-10pm Mon-Sat and noon-9:30pm Sun from a standard Stonegate menu. They have a children's menu photo 1, photo 2, including a "toddler option" for the under-3s and with a printed activity sheet on the back.
Sandwiches are available until 5pm Mon-Sat; we tried the salmon, prawn and spring onion open sandwich (photo) (£4.75, served with salad leaves, perfectly competent for what it was and not overpriced) and the chicken and bacon sandwich (photo) (£5, served with chips). We liked the huge range of sauces and dressings, brought round on a tray by a staff member.

In August 2007 (under the old management) we tried the salmon, prawn and spring onion open sandwich (photo) (£4.75, served with salad leaves, perfectly competent for what it was and not overpriced) and the chicken and bacon sandwich (photo) (£5, served with chips). We liked the huge range of sauces and dressings, brought round on a tray by a staff member.
Unfortunately, the only beer they had on our visit was Marston Pedigree (£2.50) and John Smith's. Don't know if they ever have anything else in.
Line 10 == == Line 10
Accessibility: Step-free to get in, and step-free to the bar, interior seating, and toilets (including an accessible toilet with a pull-down baby change table).
They also offer afternoon tea (scones with jam and cream, plus coffee or tea); and a Sunday roast (£7 for turkey, £7.50 for beef) is served all day on Sundays.

Unfortunately, the only beer they had on our visit was Marston Pedigree (£2.50) and John Smith's. Don't know if they ever have anything else in.

They also offer afternoon tea (scones with jam and cream, plus coffee or tea); and a Sunday roast (£7 for turkey, £7.50 for beef) is served all day on Sundays.
