InSpiral Lounge was a vegetarian cafe right by the canal in [[Locale Camden Town|Camden Town]]. It closed down in January 2016, but was immediately replaced by another vegetarian cafe under a different name (Camden Canal Cafe) and different management.
Very nice veggie/vegan cafe right by the canal in [[Locale Camden Town|Camden Town]]. Run by the IDSpiral people who do chillout at Glastonbury, Glade, and various raves. Really relaxed atmosphere, nice sofas, good food, and a lovely view over the canal through the enormous windows at the back.

An anonymous commenter on this page tells us that they visited around the start of 2009 and had a raw nut burger with tomato topping, a selection of crunchy salads, a raw chocolate tart, and a home-made cup of chai (soya or rice milk options, plus agave or yacon syrup for sweetening); this came to just over £10.

Comment added by Alex Parsons: Having heard to much about this place, I thought I would check it out myself last friday evening and was very impressed by what I discovered.
Uplifting atmosphere and view of Regents canal with nice tunes playing on, what I gather is a state of the art sound system.
I was tempted by all the mouth watering food in the hot display and succumbed to a vegan spanokopita with veg sides. Very tasty and not expensive for the size of potion and quality of food. This was shortly followed by a raw chocolate cake, as good as I have tasted.
I decided to stay for the event an witnessed the place transform into a club venue as lots of lovely people, who clearly know their music arrived and got a buzz happening. I found myself dancing to some thoroughly groovy and sociable techno and electro, as good as it gets in festivals or clubs. I will be back and got them on my radar for their delicious food as well as their exciting events.

They have various juices and smoothies available, and also have an alcohol license; wine (possibly organic), hemp beer, a couple of other bottled things, and cocktails.

As of Juliet and doop's latest visit in February 2008, the food options comprised a hot and cold buffet - £5 for a small plate (three choices), £6 for a medium one (four choices), and £7 for a large one (five choices, plenty enough for dinner). They usually have about five hot and five cold (salad-type) options - all veggie, most vegan. There's also various cakes and raw chocolate ball sweeties. Everything Juliet has had there has been excellent. All the cakes are vegan (November 2008).

They also do various events, have DJs in, etc. At the time of writing (February 2008) their website is advertising live music on Sunday nights, including acoustic sessions and open mic spots. They have free wireless internet too.

An anonymous commenter (January 2009) says they visited recently and had a raw nut burger with tomato topping, a selection of crunchy salads, a raw chocolate tart, and a home-made cup of chai (soya or rice milk options, plus agave or yacon syrup for sweetening); this came to just over £10.
