The Founders Arms is a Young's pub alongside the Thames just to the West of Tate Modern (so you really can't miss it).
It features a large seating area outside with an amazing view of the Thames and the waterside buildings and City skyline. (Although there have been rumours flying around that it's possible to book outside tables, this information is out of date as of June 2008 - confirmed by phone by Kake.)
The drinks are pretty much your standard chain-pub selection, as is the food. Food is served from opening until 10pm according to the website (brunch before noon, normal menu after).
