Zone 3 London Overground rail station on the Gospel Oak to Barking Line.

It's worth noting that Leytonstone Station on the Central Line is only a short walk away, and that interchange between these two stations is a valid "out of station" interchange on Oyster PrePay (i.e. you'll only get charged for one continuous journey, rather than two separate ones). (Source: uk.transport.london)

Both platforms are above the street (at the level of a railway bridge over the High Road) and have a long flight of external stairs to reach them.
