Enormous station complex made up of two stations (Bank and Monument), comprising five Tube lines plus a DLR terminus. There are ten platforms, of which the DLR are 9 (departures) and 10 (arrivals).
As of 31 March 2008, interchange is drastically restricted due to escalator work; TfL are recommending that the station is best avoided, but various commentators point out that certain interchanges are still possible. Interchange can still be accomplished at street level, though this can be quite a lot of faff. It's likely though not entirely clear that street-level interchange will count as a continuous journey for Oyster PAYG purposes. For more information, see TfL announcement, Going Underground blog post (including the comments), and London Connections diagrams.
Things are still changing, but this London Connections diagram shows the (somewhat improved) situation as of 4 April, and this London Connections post has details of future work.
Note that Monument station is technically in EC4, with an address on King William Street (EC4R 9AA).
