Okay pub on Upper Street in Islington.

It's a long and fairly thin room which stretches around the bar and affords larger tables towards the back, where a large screen shows sport (generally without sound). On a February 2011 visit, music was playing, but not too loudly, and was hardly distracting.

The Guinness is drinkable, as are the cask ales. There's the usual range of draught beers and ciders as well.

It's fairly useful for meeting up to go to the Islington Vue, but certainly not a destination pub.
