Young's pub alongside the river in Pimlico, next to Vauxhall Bridge and just along Millbank from Tate Britain.

The 2007 Good Beer Guide says that real food is only at lunchtimes, but snacks are available in the evenings. However, the Young's website lists food is served 11am-10pm Monday to Saturday, and midday-9pm Sunday.
