Zone 3 Tube station on the High Barnet branch of the Northern Line.

The photo shows the Archway Road entrance; steps lead down from here to the entrance proper, via a pay and display car park (the car-accessible entrance to the car park is on Shepherds Hill just around the corner). There's another entrance to the station too, on Priory Gardens photo; it has a little cafe outside.
