The station is located towards the northern end of the shopping section of South Ealing Road and has a large number of local shops and restaurants within easy walk. Suprisingly the closest pubs are a little further away, at least 5 minutes walk. |

There is a photo booth, coffee shop and taxi office in the station, as well as a pay toilet over the road, and recycling bins and numerous local shops nearby. The exit to the station is at the eastern end of the platform - driver's end for eastbound trains and rear for westbound.
