Good Beer Guide pub with a dark and woody interior, a fish restaurant upstairs, and a little terrace seating about ten people, looking out onto the river.
Served very tasty, hoppy Landlord when I was there, and the staff were very friendly. Dogs appeared to be welcome.
There are cycle racks conveniently across the road from the entrance to the pub.
The landlady has recently (as of May 2007) bought the pub.
