Interchange between these three sections of the complex was planned to be only via street level. It's <i>likely</i> though not yet tested that street-level interchange will count as a continuous journey for Oyster PAYG purposes. Enormous station complex made up of Bank and Monument stations. Five Tube lines plus a DLR terminus. Ten platforms, of which the DLR are 9 (departures) and 10 (arrivals).
As of 31 March 2008, interchange is drastically restricted due to escalator work. The complex will basically operate as three separate stations:
- Central Line and Waterloo and City Line
- Northern Line and DLR
- Circle and District lines
Interchange between these three sections of the complex will probably be only via street level. It's likely though not yet tested that street-level interchange will count as a continuous journey for Oyster PAYG purposes.
