Another Bangla curry house, but a good one, on Brick Lane. Unlike most of the curry houses on this street, they aren't too pushy out on the street.

Poppadoms are brought right away upon arrival and they take drinks orders swiftly. The menu is extensive as you'd expect, with a number of house specialties (both meat and vegetarian). Ewan's brinjal ureebisi gatta used a kind of bean from Bangladesh and was very tasty, as was my friends' sag brinjal gatta. Meat dishes were also well-received, including popular stand-by chicken tikka masala.
