One of a chain of cafes selling French-themed food, cakes and gelato. It is on Torrington Place in Bloomsbury, opposite UCL's Torrington Place building.

secretlondon visited one Sunday in November 2009. I ate in and had a croque monsieur (£5.75) which was fine, a white americano (£2.40) and waffles with chocolate ice cream (£5.75). The croque monsieur came with salad and was fine. The waffle was a bit hard in places but the ice cream was fine.

secretlondon's verdict: I didn't think it felt authentic in the slightest, it was actually quite sterile. I might go back to try some more ice cream.
