Comment added by elvum: I think the menu also claimed the existence of brunch, and I don't recall a restriction to Thursdays.

Fuller's ale and pie house south of the river near Blackfriars Bridge, which is also a hotel. There are quite a few tables.

Bob first visited on a Thursday evening in June 2008 at about 10pm; there was only a smattering of customers. A decent pint of Pride was £2.80.

Bob, Kake, and several others visited again on a Thursday evening in November 2008. This time the place was packed. They were having a Victorian theme evening; there were singing Pearly Kings and Queens (and one Prince) from Newham, Highgate, Finsbury, Crystal Palace, and other places. The staff were all dressed up too. They also put on a Victorian food menu, and brought samples of it around for people to try.

Beers available were London Pride, ESB, and Chiswick, as well as the seasonal London Porter.

According to the Fuller's website, food is served 7am-9:30am and noon-9pm Monday to Friday, 8am-10am and noon-9pm Saturday, and 8am-10:30am and noon-9pm Sunday. However, a board seen outside in November 2008 advertised breakfast from 7am-9:30am, brunch from 10am-noon, and main menu from noon-9pm (these may have just been the Thursday hours).
