[[bob]]'s verdict: Quite a decent Japanese restaurant; I'd certainly go back. [[Martin]] has been several times, and made us walk past a number of other Japanese restaurants to get here, so he clearly approves too. |

Japanese restaurant in South Wimbledon.
It's quite small, seating just 20 people at tables and 3 at the bar.
bob and Martin visited on a Wednesday evening in September 2013. There was only one other customer when we arrived around 8:30pm.
We started with some takoyaki (£4.90) and assorted tempura (£7.80) photo. The takoyaki was pretty good, though lacked the usual topping of bonito flakes. The tempura had good batter, and the prawns weren't overcooked.
Martin followed this with a sashimi bento box (£14.50) photo, which included three types of sashimi plus sushi rolls, more tempura, salad, and miso soup.
bob had the unagi don (£13.50) photo, which was quite good and also came with miso soup.
There were several interesting beers available, including Owa (£5) photo, brewed in Belgium by a Japanese brewer, and definitely tasting of the characteristic Belgian yeast. They also had Asahi on draught (£4.50/pint).
Service was friendly. A 10% service charge was auto-added to the bill photo.
bob's verdict: Quite a decent Japanese restaurant; I'd certainly go back. Martin has been several times, and made us walk past a number of other Japanes restaurants to get here, so he clearly approves too.
Child-friendliness: There's a baby changing thing in the women's toilet but not the men's.
Accessibility: Step-free to get in, to get to the seating, and to get to the toilets. Both male and female cubicles (one each) are accessible.
