The Hereford burgers were tasty, if perhaps a little fatty. The wedges are massive, perhaps better to go for the chips. The steak is tasty, served with a herb butter. Cooked as requested, the meat itself was a little tough in places but not bad for the price. |

Gastropub in the good beer guide. The beer was drinkable and served in mugs. I think they have real cider on as well.
The food was gastropubby. The lamb steak and couscous was quite good. The lemon tart was also well executed.
