Shepherd Neame pub in Chislehurst. It also has accommodation available (7 bedrooms) and a function room.

Inside, there's some seating around the bar, a mix of banquette seating and high chairs and tables. There's one normal table, but it's directly below the flatscreen. There's a sofa too. A dining area further back has upright chairs and tables.

Kake and bob visited on a Sunday Bank Holiday afternoon in August 2009. Although they have about half a dozen handpumps, the only real ales available were Spitfire and Masterbrew.

We tried to order a snack to keep us going until dinner, but they'd stopped serving food at 4pm. Instead, they brought us out a free dish of roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings (there were already some of these sitting on the bar), which was a nice touch. Unfortunately the potatoes and Yorkshires weren't very good; they'd clearly been sitting around for a while and were very tough and chewy.

Accessibility: There's level access via the beer garden, though this requires going over a couple of metres of loose gravel. Once you're inside, there are no steps; the dining area and toilet are accessed via a ramp. Note that this only applies to the pub side of the business — we don't know about the hotel side of things.
