Note: As of November 2010, Good For Lunch reports that a new Vietnamese place called Chào has opened in at least part of the space where Cafe Dolce used to be. We're not sure yet whether Cafe Dolce has closed completely or just downsized.
Italian cafe on Whitecross Street, roughly equidistant between Barbican Station and Old Street Station.
Does quite large sandwiches, and the lasagne is also good. Doesn't do greasy spoon types of food.
