Small, single-bar Fuller's pub on the River Lea in Clapton, in the Good Beer Guide.

Food is served noon-5pm every day (although the Good Beer Guide indicates none is served). On a visit in April 2008, this appeared to take the form of sandwiches behind the bar.

There are three real ale pumps, with London Pride and ESB. In April 2008, there was a guest ale (Everard's Beacon), which was excellent.

There is only limited seating in the pub, and it can fill up quickly (especially if there is a downpour and everyone walking their dogs along the River Lea pops in, as happened on our visit). However, it has a lovely cosy atmosphere, and worth a visit.
