There's a tram stop and a taxi rank just outside, and a number of bus stops just across the road. Station facilities include a small branch of WH Smith, Timpson's, Costa, Upper Crust and Burger King at the concourse level, and a selection of platform cafés and coffee stands on the platforms themselves. There are three cash machines just to the west of the station building.
