Version 9 Version 1

[[Bob]] has visited for lunch several times now. It's possibly the best Thai food among the many options in Chiswick. I've tried several of the dishes; only one has been disappointing, and that's only because it wasn't what I really wanted at the time.
[[Bob]] visited on a Tuesday lunchtime in March 2008, arriving just before 1pm. It was quite busy and I was lucky to get a table. The lunch menu is separate from the evening menu, and a bit more basic; it contains about 20 dishes. You can choose beef, chicken, or pork (£5.50) or squid or prawns (a bit more, maybe about £1 more). I had a pork and peppers dish [http://flickr.com/photos/rjw1/2309454917/ photo] which may have been pad krapow. Jasmine tea was £1.50 for a small pot.

The lunch menu is separate from the evening menu, and somewhat simpler; as well as three set dishes (e.g. duck soup) there are about a dozen "pick and mix" style dishes which come with your choice of pork, chicken, beef (these three all £5.50), prawns, seafood, duck (these three a bit pricier, maybe about £1 more), or vegetarian (with or without tofu). Most if not all of the dishes can be made milder or spicier. You can also ask for larger portions (£1 extra), or for a higher proportion of meat (around £1.50 extra).
Leon recommends the duck soup.

The spicy prawn crackers are pretty good. Jasmine tea was £1.50 for a small pot as of October 2008.

It's generally quite busy at lunchtimes; [[bob]] has often been lucky to get a table. You can book tables, and this is probably advisable if there are more than two of you.

[[Leon]] recommends the duck soup.

Small Thai restaurant in Chiswick. Has seating for about 30-ish people.
