Zone 3 Tube station on the Victoria Line. Also a rail station, with trains to Liverpool Street or Stratford.

The main entrance is on the north side of Ferry Lane/east side of Hale Road, but there's also a subway entrance on the south side of Ferry Lane. A free shuttle bus to the nearby Ikea leaves from the main forecourt, however the exact location of the bus stop is not always clearly displayed (and often changes).

Oyster Prepay is now available from this station to a few stations nearby on the mainline rail services.
