The beer is fine. They had Everard's Tiger (£3/pint) and Timothy Taylor Landlord (£3) on. Notably a half of landlord was £1.60.

Food is served noon-3pm and 6:30pm-10pm Monday to Friday, 12:30pm-10pm Saturday, and 12:30pm-9pm Sunday.

Bob visited in February 2008 and had the roast pork belly with mashed potato and gravy for £11.50 photo. The crackling was really very good. My brother had the pan fried cod on vegetables for £13.95 and bowl of wedges for £3.50. The vegetables were quite tasty.
