Children's bookshop in Brixton Village Market, aimed at stocking an inclusive range of books representing the full diversity of humans. It opened in May 2019.

It's a small space — just a single room with a central display table, a freestanding bookcase, and shelves around the walls — but they've still managed to squeeze in a chair and several cushions on the floor for sitting and reading.

When Kake visited in May 2019, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and gave me some great recommendations for the children I was buying books for.

Accessibility: A step to get in, and not much space inside. There is a comfortable chair for customers to sit.
