Pub in Thames Ditton.

Note: As of July 2012, the lease of the Red Lion is being advertised for sale (and under offer); see archived PDF. We're not sure whether the pub is staying open during this

It has three handpumps on the bar, though two of them are the new-style ones that look more like keg fonts. There's a room at the back with a dart board and pool table, and there's a beer garden too.

Kake visited on a Tuesday evening in September 2011. One of the handpumps was dispensing Windsor & Eton Windsor Knot (£1.60/half), and the other two were just about to have new ales pulled through. There were a handful of other people in, one of whom had an unprompted conversation with me about the beer. Music was playing intermittently, possibly from a jukebox.

Not sure if they do any food.

Kake's verdict: I liked it here and would come back.

Accessibility: No step to get in. Step-free to bar, most if not all of the interior seating areas (including the conservatory), and toilets. Not sure about access to the garden. The pub has its own car park.
