The information below is retained for historical purposes.
Given its location near many large hotels, and under the shadow of BBC Broadcasting House, it's just as well this restaurant stretches back deep inside the building, with plenty of tables of all sizes, including an outdoor eating area. Decor is muted, and service is brisk and efficient, with waiters circling the room constantly.

A Turkish restaurant at the top of Regent Street, near Oxford Circus Station.

The food itself covers plenty of bases, including mains and pide (Turkish pizzas). Prices range from £9 for vegetarian mains through to around £12-£16 for the many meat and fish dishes. They also have a number of set menus, including the 'Healthy Menu' for £14, and the 'Crunch Menu'. All menus are available on the website.

Ewan tried the 'Healthy Menu', which has 11 courses and is adaptable for vegetarians. Most of these are small almost bite-sized portions presented on a large square plate, preceded by hummous and bread. All were very tasty, including grilled halloumi, aubergine, filo rolls with feta cheese, falafel, and the like.

There is a range of wine available, and the house wine is perfectly pleasant.
