No-nonsense boozer located in an alleyway off Borough High Street, a few minutes from London Bridge station. Not to be confused with the Kings Arms (located in a different alleyway further south along Borough High Street).
The pub consists of one medium-sized room which can get rather crowded in the evenings (or if sport is being shown). The clientele are generally friendly if somewhat noisy. There is also a function room upstairs which is free to hire. An average pub for the area.
It was reasonably quiet when Kat and some friends visited on a Saturday afternoon in May 2009; Doom Bar was on tap and food was being served.
