secretlondon saw the specials board outside one Wednesday night in February 2009. They offered a full meal for £5 (normal price is £6.50-ish, I think). I had the tuna steak with rice and vegetables (green beans with garlic) for a fiver photo and half a litre of sparkling water for £1. This was rather nice and fabulously good value.
Music was playing in the background, presumably Portuguese.
Accessibility: I think toilets are downstairs.
