secretlondon saw the specials board outside one Wednesday night in February 2009. They offered a full meal for £5 (normal price £6.50 ish I think). I had the tuna steak with rice and vegetables (green beans with garlic) for a fiver photo and half a litre of sparkling water for £1. This was rather nice and fabulously good value. Music presume Portuguese in background. Licensed. Think toilets downstairs.
