However, the shelves are packed with all kinds of interesting dried, canned, and bottled foodstuffs, including fried shredded fish, shrimp paste, tamarind paste, fried garlic, coconut jam, spice mixes, oils, vinegars, snacks (e.g. wasabi peas) and various noodles (instant and otherwise).
